Swedish designer Nina Jarebrink hit the South African market with the launch of her Spring 2012 collection in Johannesburg earlier this week. I can get behind the simple, straigthforward color scheme too – sandy neutrals and jolts of cobalt.
Elle magazine was in the building, and chatted with the designer:
We loved meeting this international designer and hearing her talk about what inspires her. Nina designs clothes she herself would love to wear, and the emphasis is on luxury. She loves gold, sophistication and the glamour of the 70s. She adores beautiful natural fabrics and her collection is made up from raw silk, suede silk and silk chiffon.
